IndiasBuy offers two ways to pay: online (prepaid) at checkout, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Here is how each one works, so you can choose what suits you. The options available for your order are shown at checkout, and delivery within India is free on all orders.
Paying online (prepaid)
- Add your products to the cart and go to checkout. IndiasBuy uses Shopify's secure checkout.
- Enter your delivery details and check them carefully, especially your address, pincode and phone number.
- Choose an online payment method: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets, through the checkout's payment gateway.
- Complete the payment, for example by approving it in your UPI app or entering the OTP for your card.
- Once the payment goes through, your order is placed. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, and you get the tracking number (AWB) and tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Prepaid suits you if you prefer not to handle cash, or if someone else at the address may receive the parcel for you.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- At checkout, choose Cash on Delivery if it is shown for your order.
- Place the order. No online payment is needed at this stage.
- After dispatch, follow the parcel with the tracking link, or on our Track Your Order page.
- Keep the exact amount ready, and pay the delivery agent when the parcel arrives.
- When you open the parcel, record a continuous unboxing video from the first cut of the package.
COD suits you if you prefer to pay when the parcel reaches you, or if you don't use online payments.

Cancellations and refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Refunds for these cancellations are processed within 7 days.
- Orders cancelled after shipment bear the forward and reverse shipping charges, so if you change your mind, cancel early.
- For approved returns, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. How long the money then takes to show in your account depends on your bank or payment method.
- If you paid by COD and a refund is approved, contact us with your order number to arrange how the refund will be paid.
Paying safely
- Pay only through the checkout on indiasbuy.com. If anyone asks you to pay through a separate link, QR code or UPI ID, check with us first using the details on our contact page.
- Never share OTPs, card CVVs or your UPI PIN with anyone. You never need to enter your UPI PIN to receive money.
- If money is debited but the order isn't confirmed, don't pay again straight away. Failed payments are usually reversed by your bank or payment provider; contact us with the transaction reference if you need help.
