Warranty Information

Warranty is included with the products we sell. This page explains how long it usually lasts, who provides it, how warranty claims work and how we can help.

How long the warranty lasts and who provides it

Warranty is typically 6–12 months, provided either by the brand or by IndiasBuy, depending on the product.

  • Where a product's description lists warranty terms, those terms apply.
  • Because terms vary from product to product, please message us before buying to confirm the warranty on the product you want.
  • Already bought and not sure whether your warranty is from the brand or from IndiasBuy? Send us your order number and we will confirm it.

Warranty or the 7-day policy?

  • Within 7 days of delivery: if the product was delivered faulty, damaged, non-working or wrong, raise a request with us under our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy.
  • After 7 days: faults that develop later are handled under the product's warranty terms.

Before you make a claim

Many problems, such as pairing trouble or one earbud not working, can be solved by charging fully, resetting the device or updating its firmware. Steps differ by model, so follow the brand's manual or app; our guide to resetting true wireless earbuds covers the general steps.

How a warranty claim works

Warranty provided by the brand

The exact process depends on the brand, but it usually looks like this:

  1. Find the brand's authorised service centre. Use the brand's official website, app or customer care to find a service centre or start a service request. Some brands may also ask you to register the product.
  2. Keep your GST invoice ready. Service centres typically ask for proof of purchase.
  3. Hand over the product for inspection. The service centre checks it and decides on repair or replacement under the brand's warranty terms.
  4. Ask us if you need help. We help you with the process, for example by sharing a copy of your invoice or guiding you on the next steps.

Warranty provided by IndiasBuy

Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, photos or a video that show it. We will guide you on the next steps.

What warranty typically does not cover

Warranty terms depend on the product and on who provides the warranty, so confirm them with us before buying. Warranties typically do not cover:

  • Physical damage, such as cracks, dents or breakage from a drop
  • Liquid damage, even on water-resistant products, unless the warranty terms say otherwise
  • Tampering, opening the product, or unauthorised repairs
  • Damage from misuse, such as using an unsuitable charger
  • Normal wear and tear, such as worn ear tips, ear cushions or straps
  • Loss or theft

Keep your GST invoice

A GST invoice is included with every purchase. Keep it safe for as long as your product is under warranty, as it is your proof of purchase. If you misplace it, see GST Invoice & Business Purchases to find out how to get a copy.

Look after your product

Good care helps your product last longer. Our Product Care & Battery Safety page has general care and battery safety tips.
