- Where is my order? After dispatch, you receive the tracking number (AWB) and a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order on our website.
- Need a return or replacement? If a product arrived faulty, damaged, non-working or wrong, request it within 7 days of delivery. See returns, replacement and refund for the steps.
- Problem with an order or product? Raise a support request so that all the details reach us in one place.
- Want to cancel? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them; message us with your order number.
What to include in your message
- Your order number, if your question is about an order
- The name, email address or phone number used for the order
- The product name, or a link to its page
- A short description of your question or issue
- Photos or a video if something is wrong with the product; for damaged, wrong or missing items, a continuous unboxing video starting from the first cut of the sealed package is required
Sharing these details at the start helps us answer in one reply instead of several.
Other requests
- Bulk or corporate orders: write "Bulk enquiry" in your message and list the products, quantities, delivery city and any GST details.
- Warranty questions: warranty is typically 6–12 months, provided by the brand or by IndiasBuy depending on the product; message us before buying to confirm.
- Complaints: if you are not satisfied with a response, you can escalate to the Grievance Officer, IndiasBuy, at ing.bharatbuy@gmail.com.
- Your data: to access, correct or delete your personal data, email us from your registered email address with your order number.
