Here is how to follow your order from confirmation to delivery, what each tracking status means and what to do if something looks wrong.
1. Order confirmation
After you place an order, you will see a confirmation page, and an order confirmation is sent to the contact details you entered at checkout. Note your order number, as you will need it whenever you contact us. If you have an account, you can also see your orders there.
2. Dispatch and tracking details
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Once your parcel is dispatched, you receive:
- the tracking number, called the AWB (air waybill) number
- a tracking link to follow your parcel
These are sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Within India, we ship through our courier partners, Blue Dart and Delhivery, via Shiprocket. You can also enter the AWB number on the courier's own tracking page.
3. Tracking statuses explained
Each courier words its updates a little differently, but most fall into these stages:
| Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Order placed or confirmed | We have received your order and are preparing it. | To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. |
| Ready to ship or pickup scheduled | The parcel is packed and waiting for the courier to collect it. | Tracking may show little until the first courier scan. |
| Picked up or shipped | The courier has collected your parcel. | Use your tracking link to follow it. |
| In transit | The parcel is moving through the courier's network towards you. | No action needed; updates may appear only at certain hubs. |
| Out for delivery | A delivery agent has your parcel and will try to deliver it that day. | Keep your phone reachable, and keep the exact amount ready for COD. |
| Delivered | The courier has marked the parcel as delivered. | Record your unboxing video as you open it. |
| Delivery attempted or undelivered | The courier could not deliver, for example because of an address issue or no answer. | Contact us quickly with your order number. |
| RTO (return to origin) | The parcel is being sent back to us. | Contact us to discuss the next steps. |
4. If tracking does not update
- Just dispatched: the tracking link can take a little time to show the first scan.
- No movement for a while: parcels are not scanned at every point, so short gaps are normal. If nothing has changed for a few days, or the parcel is past the usual 2–7 business days for most locations in India, message us and we will check with the courier partner.
- No tracking message yet: check your spam folder and the phone number on your order. If more than 48 hours have passed since you ordered, contact us.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with family, neighbours or building security, and confirm the address on your order confirmation. Then contact us as soon as possible.
5. When your parcel arrives
Record a continuous unboxing video from the first cut of the sealed shipping package. It is required for damaged, wrong or missing-item claims. See our unboxing video guide and the Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy.
