What to include in your enquiry

The more detail you share, the faster we can check stock and prepare an accurate quote.

• Products: product links or model names, or a short description of what you need (for example, earbuds with ANC or a smartwatch with Bluetooth calling).
• Condition: unboxed (open-box), brand new, or either.
• Quantity: the number of units of each product, and colours if they matter.
• Delivery city and PIN code: where the order should be delivered.
• GST details: your GSTIN, registered business name and billing address, if you need them on the invoice.
• Timeline: the date by which you need the products.
• Contact details: the name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address of the person handling the order.

Stock and quotes

Open-box units are returned or display units in like-new condition, so they are available only in limited numbers. At any time we may have just a few units of a particular open-box model, and a large quantity of a single model may not be available.

• Every quote depends on the stock available when you enquire.
• If the full quantity is not available in the condition you asked for, we will tell you what is available.
• Stock changes quickly, so a quote may need to be revised if items sell out before the order is placed.
• We confirm the expected dispatch timeline with the quote, as it depends on the products and quantities.

Quality, warranty and returns

Every product is quality tested before dispatch. Unboxed products are checked and cleaned before they are listed; they are not used or refurbished. Learn more about what unboxed means.

Warranty is typically 6–12 months, provided by the brand or by IndiasBuy depending on the product. Where a product's description lists warranty terms, those terms apply; message us before buying to confirm the warranty on a specific product. For brand warranties, repairs are handled through the brand's authorised service centres, and we help you with the process.

Our standard returns, replacement and refund policy applies: a product delivered faulty, damaged, non-working or wrong can be reported within 7 days of delivery, with the order number, the reason and photo or video proof. Claims for damaged, wrong or missing items require a continuous unboxing video starting from the first cut of the sealed shipping package, so please record one for each package you receive.
