Shipping policy
This policy explains how IndiasBuy (indiasbuy.com) dispatches and delivers orders.
Free delivery across India
Delivery within India is free on all orders. We deliver across India through our courier partners, Blue Dart and Delhivery, booked via Shiprocket.
Delivery to other countries
Delivery to some other countries is offered at a flat ₹1,800, shown at checkout before you pay. For delivery times or returns to a country outside India, contact us before ordering.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote locations, weather, local restrictions, public holidays and courier delays can add time. If your order seems delayed, contact us with your order number and we will check its status.
Tracking
After dispatch, you receive the tracking number (AWB) and a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can follow your parcel using that link or on our track your order page.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available where offered. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Delivery address
- Enter your complete address with the correct PIN code, and a phone number on which the courier can reach you.
- If the courier cannot deliver the parcel, for example because the address is incomplete or no one is available, it may be returned to us (return to origin, or RTO). Contact us if this happens.
Receiving your parcel
Check the outer package when it arrives, and record a continuous unboxing video starting from the first cut of the sealed package. This video is required for any claim for damaged, wrong or missing items, which must be raised within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Cancellation after shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Orders cancelled after shipment bear the forward and reverse shipping charges. See our cancellation policy.
