This page explains how IndiasBuy uses brand names and trademarks, and the limits of the product information shown on indiasbuy.com.
Trademarks and brand names
Apple, boAt, Boult, Fastrack, Jabra, JBL, Noise, OnePlus, realme, Redmi, Xiaomi, Samsung, Skullcandy and all other brand names, product names, logos and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners.
We use these names only to identify the products we sell and to describe them accurately. This does not mean that IndiasBuy is affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by or endorsed by any brand owner, and no such relationship should be assumed.
The same applies to technology and feature names that appear in product listings, such as Bluetooth, LDAC, Dolby Atmos, Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. These names belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe a product's features.

Product images and specifications
- Product images and specifications are taken from product listings and manufacturer information. The product you receive may differ slightly from the images in colour, finish or packaging.
- Specifications and performance figures, such as battery life, noise-cancellation depth, latency, charging time and water-resistance ratings, are as stated by the manufacturer. They are usually measured under the manufacturer's test conditions, and everyday results depend on how the product is used, its settings and firmware, and the connected device.
- Some features work only with particular phones, operating systems or the brand's companion app. Check compatibility on the product page and in the brand's manual or app.
- Manufacturers may change specifications or packaging without notice.
Product condition
The condition is stated in the product title. Unboxed (open-box) products are returned or display units in like-new condition: the packaging may not be in mint condition, but the product inside is checked and cleaned before it is listed. Unboxed is not the same as used or refurbished. "Brand New" and "Fresh Pack" products are new and sealed. If a product's condition is not clear to you, please ask us before ordering. Health and fitness readings
Heart rate, SpO2, sleep, stress and similar readings from smartwatches are for general wellness and fitness tracking only. They are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a doctor about any health concern.
Warranty
Warranty is typically 6–12 months, provided by the brand or by IndiasBuy depending on the product. Where a product's description lists warranty terms, those terms apply; message us before buying to confirm the warranty on a specific product.
