The short answer
Unboxed (open-box) products are returned or display units in like-new condition. Because the box has been opened before, the packaging may not be in mint condition, but the product inside is checked and cleaned before it is listed. Products are Quality Tested before dispatch (see what the check covers). Warranty is included: typically 6–12 months, provided by the brand or by IndiasBuy depending on the product.
Unboxed is not used or refurbished
- Used products have been in someone's regular use, so their condition varies and they may show wear.
- Refurbished products have usually been repaired or restored, often after a fault, before being sold again.
- Unboxed products are returned or display units in like-new condition. They are not the same as used or refurbished products.
