Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from IndiasBuy (indiasbuy.com). By placing an order, you agree to them. Your use of the website is also covered by our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Products and condition

We sell unboxed (open-box) and brand-new earbuds, headphones, neckbands and smartwatches. A product's condition is stated in its title: "Unboxed" or "Openbox" for open-box units, and "Brand New" or "Fresh Pack" for new, sealed units; if a title does not show it, ask us before ordering. Unboxed products are returned or display units in like-new condition; the packaging may not be in mint condition, but the product is checked and cleaned before it is listed. Unboxed is not the same as used or refurbished. Every product is quality tested before dispatch.

Product images and specifications come from product listings and manufacturer information and may vary slightly. Smartwatch health readings are for general wellness only, not medical diagnosis.

Accounts

You can create an account to see your orders. Keep your sign-in details confidential, as you are responsible for activity on your account.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change without notice. Delivery within India is free, and delivery to some other countries is charged at a flat ₹1,800. The total payable is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay online by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through the checkout's payment gateway, or by Cash on Delivery where available. A GST invoice is included with every purchase.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation means we have received it, and the order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or listing is wrong, we cannot deliver to the address, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid. Stock of open-box units is limited and can sell out.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it; refunds for these cancellations are processed within 7 days. Orders cancelled after shipment bear the forward and reverse shipping charges.

Shipping

We offer free delivery across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, and most locations in India are delivered in 2–7 business days through our courier partners. Delivery to some other countries is available at a flat ₹1,800, shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns, replacement and refunds

Within 7 days of delivery, and subject to standard checks, you can request a return or replacement for a product delivered faulty, damaged, non-working or wrong. Send your order number, the reason and photo or video proof by email or WhatsApp. Claims for damaged, wrong or missing items require a continuous unboxing video from the first cut of the sealed package. Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. See our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Warranty is typically 6–12 months, provided by the brand or by IndiasBuy depending on the product. Where a product's description lists warranty terms, those terms apply; message us before buying to confirm the warranty on a specific product. For brand warranties, repairs are handled through the brand's authorised service centres, and we help you with the process.

Trademarks

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products. This does not mean that any brand has authorised, partnered with or endorses IndiasBuy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
