A GST invoice is included with every purchase on IndiasBuy. This page explains how to get a copy of your invoice and what business buyers should do before placing an order.
A GST invoice with every purchase
Whether you buy an unboxed or a brand-new product, your purchase includes a GST invoice. It shows the details of your purchase and the GST charged. Keep it safe: it is your proof of purchase, and brand service centres typically ask for it for warranty service (see Warranty Information).
How to get a copy of your invoice
If you have misplaced your invoice, or need another copy for a warranty claim, office reimbursement or your own records:
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 73517 83062 or email ing.bharatbuy@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and the name or phone number used on the order.
- We will share a copy of the invoice with you.
Support hours are Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST, and our average answer time is within 24 hours.
Checking your invoice
When you receive your invoice, check that your name, address and the products listed match your order. If something looks wrong, contact us with your order number and the correct details, and we will let you know what can be done.
Buying for a business
If you need your business details on the invoice, please contact us before you place the order. Invoice details are much easier to get right at the start, so share:
- the products and quantities you plan to buy
- your registered business name and GSTIN
- your billing address, and the delivery address if it is different
- a contact name, phone number and email for the order
We will then guide you on how to place the order.
Input tax credit
Whether your business can claim input tax credit depends on your registration and the GST rules that apply to you. Please check with your accountant or tax adviser before you buy.

Yes. A GST invoice is included with every purchase, whether the product is unboxed or brand new.
Can I add my GSTIN after placing an order?
If you need your business details on the invoice, please contact us before you order. If you have already ordered, message us with your order number and we will let you know what is possible.
Do I need the invoice for a warranty claim?
Brand service centres typically ask for proof of purchase, so keep your GST invoice safe for as long as your product is under warranty.
